The Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) in collaboration with its partners, invite qualified ICT responders to apply for the following ETC trainings courses in 2018.
In 2015 the ETC adopted its 2020 Strategy that seeks to ensure that all those responding to emergencies within the humanitarian sector- including communities affected by crisis- have access to vital communication services.
