The ETC Annual Report 2025 captures a year of significant operational challenges and major achievements across global emergency telecommunications. The report highlights how the ETC supported more than 8,400 humanitarian responders worldwide and over 24,000 community members in Jamaica during Hurricane Melissa. It showcases progress in preparedness, policy leadership, innovation, and capacity building across nine emergency operations and six regional preparedness contexts. The report reflects a network that continues to adapt, collaborate, and deliver reliable communications for responders and communities in some of the most complex environments in the world.
