Conflict has displaced millions of people in northeast Nigeria, many of them fleeing to Bama in search of safety.

Thanks to generous support from the Government of Luxembourg, the ETC Services Centre in Diffa, Niger, is giving thousands of people fleeing violence a chance to rebuild their lives. Promisingly, more than 60% of visitors are women, narrowing the digital divide.
