The Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) deployed security telecommunications and Internet connectivity services in As Salamiyah to support the humanitarian response in Mosul.
A user feedback survey was conducted to evaluate the quality of the ETC services in northern Iraq. The overall user satisfaction rate was 79.9%.
The ETC conducted a mission to Arbat camp to enhance the existing Internet connectivity services provided to humanitarians and affected communities.
