'Communication & Visibility' is one of the six thematic areas of expertise identified by the ETC to guide implementation of the 2020 strategy. Led by the Global ETC cell, the general mandate of the Joint Communications team is to enhance visibility of the cluster encouraging access, inclusion, funding and partnerships, in support of ETC2020 strategy.
