The first Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) Plenary Meeting for 2014 was held in Luxembourg, hosted by the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Directorate for Development Cooperation. It was part of the week long 'Humanitarian ICT Week' which also included Technology Innovation Day and the Working Group on Emergency Telecommunications (WGET) ICT Humanitarian Forum.
