The annual Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) Plenary Meeting for 2026 will be held from 19 to 20 May, hosted by the the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) in Geneva Switzerland. 

Participants will discuss the future of humanitarian responses in today's ever-changing landscape, making sure cluster activities and services remain adaptable and tailored to the dynamic needs and contexts that humanitarians face.
